Who is responsible
JKDTRAINING LTD, trading as Laser Skin Training Academy, of 40 George Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, B15 1PL, is responsible for your personal information. Contact us about it at info@laserskin.co.uk.
What we collect
- Your account: name, email address, phone number and password (stored only in a form that cannot be read back).
- Your applications: the course and start date you choose, the terms you accepted, our decision and any notes we keep about it.
- Payments: the amount, how and when you paid and the payment reference. Card and Klarna payments are taken by Stripe, so we never see or store your card details.
- Messages you send us through the contact form.
Why we use it
- To consider your application, enrol you, run your course and register you with the awarding body. We need this to carry out our contract with you.
- To take payment, issue invoices and receipts and keep financial records, which the law requires.
- To reply to your messages and keep the website secure, which is in our legitimate interest.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with the companies that help us run the academy: our website host, Stripe for payments and the awarding body for your qualification. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep financial records for six years, as the law requires. We keep application and course records while you study with us and for as long as we need them to confirm your training. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as keeping you logged in and protecting forms. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
